Extreme Risks and The UK National Resilience Strategy

A new joint paper by Dr Toby Ord at Oxford's Future of Humanity Institute, Dr Seán Ó hÉigeartaigh at Cambridge's Centre for the Study of Existential Risk, and Angus Mercer at the Centre for Long-Term Resilience.
