Frankie Di-Nozzi

At CLTR, Frankie works to operationally support the Biosecurity Policy Unit, providing project management support, digital solutions to strategy, and report production.

Frankie has previously worked within the public health and pandemic preparedness sector, having operationally supported the NHS Scotland Vaccination Programme since the initial distribution of COVID-19 vaccines. During this time, they established the first relationship between NHS Lothian and a service designed for hard-of hearing and deaf citizens to use call centers. 

They worked during the centralisation of vaccination programmes within Scotland, designing an original digital scheduling solution for shingles and pneumococcal vaccinations. Working within both annual and responsive vaccine cycles, they have developed, iterated and managed digital and on-site solutions to biosecurity problems.

They have an MA in Social Anthropology from the University of Edinburgh.
