Richard Moulange

Richard is currently a final-year PhD student in biostatistical machine learning at University of Cambridge, where he researches deep learning for cancer -omics, with particular interests in causal learning and out-of-distribution robustness. He was previously a Summer Research Fellow at the Centre for the Governance of AI, and has published work on AI–Biosecurity intersection risks at the NeurIPS Regulatable ML workshop and as part of the Federation of American Scientists Bio x AI Policy Sprint. He holds an MMath in Statistical Machine Learning and a BA in Mathematics, both from University of Cambridge.
