Sheela is an Associate within the Strategic Communications Hub, leading on audience insights, opinion research, public sentiment, digital and brand.
Sheela has come from a career in insight analysis for Government Communications, having worked at the Foreign, Commonwealth & Development Office, Number 10, the Cabinet Office and the Department for International Trade, with stints at the New York, Bangkok, and São Paulo Consulates. She has worked across a range of policy areas including counter-terrorism campaigns in the Middle East, various international trade deals, wider public behaviour change campaigns and Rishi Sunak’s digital strategy.
She holds an undergraduate degree from the University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Political Science & Political Economy from the London School of Economics focusing on data science, game theory and causal inference models.
