Sonal Shah

Sonal leads the People function at CLTR and is a values-driven HR leader with experience across both charity and private sector organisations. Partnering closely with Boards and senior leaders, she shapes people strategy, navigates complex organisational change, and builds inclusive, high-performing cultures.

Prior to joining CLTR, Sonal worked at GambleAware, a national charity commissioning treatment, research and prevention programmes to reduce gambling harms.

Her work is grounded in creating resilient, values-led organisations where people and performance can thrive together, with a strong focus on equity, capability building, and sustained organisational effectiveness.
